    dear, sir i read ur interview many times , as conclusion , i tell it is really incredible that in spit of many adverse coondition u never defeat and ever was a topper, infact in this prestigeous exaamination u got 1st rank with a minimum prepration of 6 months, and with a differ background from science to art and litratue, heads up 2 u.

      he wrote all his exams in English medium ..Urdu literature was his optional subject with Public administration ..

    only hindi and english can be opted for writing the subject papers (excluding language subjects )

    sorry for writing so late, after a long time , but anyways i have no words for this achievement, being a part of J&K, and a civil service aspirant, we all youngster have the power to change the world provided our own government should support and provide suitable atmosphere for preparation of Civil Service Exam. I am sure that there are lakhs of candidates, if they get support would definitely crack this prestigious exam.

Shena Aggarwal IAS topper 2011-2012 reveals her success story

Shena Aggarwal IAS topper 2011-2012 who has topped the civil services exams conducted by UPSC says that result has taken her by surprise. She was expecting a good rank this time but her rank is way above her expectations.
